As a Film Production Intern, you will support our production team in every aspect: pitch, concept development, pre-production, casting, scouting, and on-set production. Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you will create graphic pieces and visual concepts, communicate ideas that inspire by using design elements to inform and captivate consumers.
Responsibilities:
Understand scripts and creative briefs, effectively interpreting design deliverables to enhance visuals in videos.
Follow a creative brief and work on their own initiative.
Requirements:
Highly proficient in design software including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Suite, and has typographic proficiency.
Extensive portfolio of successful design and layout work in branding, logos, and other professional client work.
Proven expertise in understanding scripts and creative briefs, effectively interpreting design deliverables to enhance visuals in videos.
Ability to work both as a part of the team and independently, work closely with video editors, animators, and other post-production creatives.
Highly detail-oriented and deadline-oriented.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A diploma or a degree in design or multimedia arts preferred.
Animator
As an animator, you will design 2D or 3D environments with objects, sets, and characters with movement, for our different running projects.
Responsibilities:
Work both as a part of the team and independently, work closely with illustrators, instructional designers, and content and product teams.
Read scripts/storyboards to understand animation requirements.
Create impactful and engaging content to promote company brands on digital platforms.
Requirements:
Highly proficient in software like Adobe After Effects, AutoDesk Maya, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.
Proven experience in creating 2D/3D animation, takes visual assets from illustrators or designers, and gives them motion.
Passionate about creative content production, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and animation style.
Highly detail-oriented and deadline-oriented.
A diploma/degree in animation and/or in filmmaking preferred.
Customer Growth Specialist
As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will need to create and adapt strategies to optimize sales efforts to grow the company's revenue and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creativity, and copy.
Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video.
Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase company’s revenue.
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing, B2B SaaS, and a proven track record. Experience in tech and video production is a plus.
Creative Director
As a Creative Director, you will work with the pre-production and post-production teams to create, plan, and execute a strategic and creative vision for different clients' projects.
Responsibilities:
Set and oversee the course for creative projects, ensuring client objectives are met and directing writers, designers, editors, and animators toward the same endpoint.
Be the final eye and gatekeeper of excellence on all work going to clients.
Help develop a learning platform for filmmakers.
Create, develop, launch and promote ad campaigns for our burgeoning post-production service.
Define project scopes, write proposals, and help generate production budgets and timelines.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that they love every aspect of their collaborations with us.
Help develop our case studies and update our site and social platforms with new work.
Requirements:
Experience in producing, directing an idea from start to finish.

Internal Project Manager
As an Internal Project Manager (IPM), you will support our team in daily tasks from different areas, such as recruiting, location scouting, and logistics support, to help the projects run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Project Management and Post-Production teams in pre-production and post-production for Nurture and Everpost. These tasks include booking travel, scouting, budget management, organizing scripts, purchasing insurance, equipment, and supplies, managing and onboarding artists.
Growing Everpost’s talent database through active and passive recruiting.
General administration such as office/business-related tasks, Billowvista rental, Human Resource support.
Managing sales, such as the Everpost website’s chat.
Assist in producing marketing collateral, used in reaching out to potential clients.
Managing Everpost’s social media presence. Experience or skill in copywriting or creative writing is a plus.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate well in a cross-cultural setting.
Long term potential: Someone who’ll use the IPM role as a stepping stone in finding their place and calling in the company.

Post Production Supervisor
As a Post Production Supervisor, you will make sure all artists involved in a project are doing their tasks and have the post-production process running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the team of post coordinators, editors, and assistant editors.
Requirements:
Must have a post-production supervisor experience, preferably from a recognized post-production house. (7-10) years experience working in post production,supervisory role preferable).
Extensive experience with Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with workflows for DaVinci Resolve, ProTools, competing NLE’s, color correction, audio, and VFX systems is a plus.
A quick learner, friendly, and is able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Strong experience in project management — drive accountability, meet deadlines for large teams, execute on multiple deliverables, and manage editors.
Proficient in workflow for multi-cam studio shoots, documentary-style shoots, and VFX shoots that involve green screen and compositing work, editing, color correction, graphics, and audio mixing. Familiarity with other video formats is a plus.
Experience with budget management, Excel, and Google Sheets. Possesses a practical knowledge of project management software. Has a deep understanding of web, mobile, broadcast, and theatrical deliverables and has experience delivering multiple assets within a short timeframe.
Project Manger
As a Project Manager, you will be the client-facing role that manages accounts (the clients) and video projects from start to finish. You’ll help us manage post-production projects for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.
Responsibilities:
Determine and define the scope of video post-production projects and their objectives.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed, track costs for the project budget.
Maintain extremely high client satisfaction by managing communication with clients and providing them updates on a daily basis about project progress, adjustments, and resources.
Maximize efficiency by measuring project and team performance to identify areas for improvement, coordinate and assign tasks with team members for each project, identify and communicate problems and look for creative solutions.

Video Editor
As a Video Editor, you will assemble the production shots together, manipulate and edit the film pieces, always following the project guidelines and keeping things interesting.

Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field.
Colorist
As a Colorist, you will support the post-production team, adjusting the final project deliverable's color, tint, and hue. You will work alongside the director and the cinematographer to ensure the video looks precisely as planned.
Responsibilities:
Takes footage and makes it look like a cohesive piece.
Read scripts/storyboards to understand coloring requirements.
Requirements:
Highly proficient in coloring programs like DaVinci Resolve, Baselight, etc.
Passionate about creative content production, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and coloring style.
Highly detail-oriented and deadline-oriented.
Artistic educational background and a diploma/degree in the arts and/or in filmmaking preferred.
Crew Sheet

As an illustrator, you will use your creative skills to create original images for our different projects. You will work closely with the post-production team to turn ideas into inspiring illustrations.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and designing rough draft illustrations according to client specifications.
Defining any budget or time limitations.
Creating complete illustrations by combining painting, hand-drawn and digitally created images.
Refining image design using illustration software.
Requirements:
Enhancing the design concept using a wide range of colors and graphics.
Applying complex isometric techniques to add perspective to design shapes.
Formatting final illustrations using CAD software.
Ensuring that printed illustrations meet specified color and quality standards.
Portfolio of completed illustrations.
Prior work experience as an Illustrator, graphic designer, or similar.
Work experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Post Production Coordinator
As a Post Production Coordinator, you will communicate and coordinate with the different areas involved in each project to reach its goals by keeping it running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Operation of the editorial department. Coordinating the production and delivery of final delivery elements to the Supervisor.
Managing the administration of the department including post production accounting and final delivery paperwork. Organizing final post production related documents.
Coordinating the final wrap and proper storage of final video and audio masters and offline editorial materials.
Requirements:
Must have a post-production coordinator experience (3-5 years), preferably from a recognized post-production house, and experience in editing.

Sound Designer
As a Sound Designer, you will compose, design, mix music and sound effects, or obtain licensed sounds from audio libraries, to enhance the required sounds in a video project.

Read scripts/storyboards to understand sound design requirements.
Sound editing, designing, mixing, and/or composition for different productions.
Requirements:
Highly proficient in any sound design software like Audition, Logic, Pro Tools, Cubase, Studio One, etc.
Proven experience in sound editing, designing, mixing, and/or composition.
Passionate about creative content production, with a strong sense of audio and visual storytelling.
Highly detail-oriented and deadline-oriented.
Ability to work both as a part of the team and independently.
A diploma/degree in music production or in filmmaking preferred.
Assistant Editor
As an Assistant Editor, you will assist the editor and the production team with developing, organizing, and delivering the projects.
Responsibilities:
Log and transfer media from all shoots.
Create proxies.
Organize project and file structure.
Prep turnovers for sound, color, and VFX.
Conform sequences for final delivery.
Help maintain file organization, asset management, and backups.
Provide support for editors. Perform occasional light editing work.
Requirements:
Based in Los Angeles.
Extremely efficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
Familiarity with Davinci Resolve, After Effects, Frame.io, Asana, and Google Drive is a plus.
Organized, dependable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
